CINCINNATI, OHIO, April 11, 2006 – Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions™, a leading provider of advanced property management software and services for the multifamily housing industry, today announced the appointment of Tom McDermott to Director of Sales. He will be responsible for continuing the on-going growth of Domin-8's sales and revenue.

Mr. McDermott has more than 12 years of sales skills and experience in the enterprise software marketplace. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise that will prove invaluable to our management team. His appointment is designed to provide consistently reliable service to both existing and prospective customers.
Previously Mr. McDermott held sales positions at The Reynolds & Reynolds Company where he was responsible for national account sales of Customer Relationship Management Software and Web Services. He is an active member of the apartment associations of Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky, Indiana, Dayton, and Columbus. Mr. McDermott is a graduate of Paul Smiths College and lives with his family in Centerville, Ohio.
